Malashock Dance: Dance with thisABILITY

This is an energetic and inclusive dance class designed specifically for dancers ages 12+ with cognitive disabilities. Our class focuses on enhancing flexibility, balance, and other gross motor skills through fun and engaging movement exercises.

Dynamic Inclusive Dance, an expansion of the Wheelchair Dancers Organization, offers inclusive and affordable in-person and online classes for individuals of all abilities in styles like Afro-Fusion, Latin, Ballroom, Bollywood, Hip-Hop, and more. 

Rx Ballroom Dance

Rx Ballroom Dance’s mission is to use ballroom dance to preserve and enhance the quality of life in people who are confronting neurological conditions. Their program consists of weekly ballroom dance classes specifically designed to engage both the body and mind to alleviate symptoms of diseases such as Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s.
