All participants are encouraged to move at the level of comfort that is safe & accessible to them. You know your body & limits best; we are here to support you in any way we can. Guided by a supportive instructor, knowledgeable physical therapists, spirited volunteers, and uplifting music, you’ll explore breath, rhythm, and expressive gestures that connect you to joy, community, and the power of dance. This is a slower-paced class that explores new pathways without overworking muscles. We incorporate stretching and gentle partnering to build social connection.

Recommended for people with quadriplegia, atrophying conditions, or wanting a relaxing moving experience.

An energetic dance class that encourages big and expansive movements. Classes include fun explorations of partnering.

Recommended for people with Parkinson’s, brain injuries, strokes, and incomplete SCI.
